CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

Here at United Steaks, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to replace or refund your money by emailing a request or by calling customer service at (888) 50-STEAK between 9:00am and 6:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, within 30 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to not approve of irregular, late, or improperly submitted refund requests. Please be diligent. Thank you.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Your box of United Steaks ships within two business days after we receive order. Your hand-cut steaks are boxed in a special fridge box on frozen gel packs to keep them frozen during the delivery process. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Monday thru Friday.
